AHMET KARAMAN (1976- İzmir)

Ahmet Karaman, majoring in Journalism at Faculty of Communication in Ankara University, has worked in newspapers, magazines and documentaries, and then studied Cinematography in Brighton Film School. He received many awards for his short films in Europe and Turkey, while studying cinematography. He worked as assistant director during 2004 – 2013 in feature-length fiction films and series in Turkey. Since 2013, he began to script his first feature-length film “Baba Neredesin Kayboldum” (Where are you Dad? I’m Lost). In 2016, he established his own production company, Öncesi ve Sonrası Film Şirketi, to pursue his independent work and produced his first own-scripted feature-length film “Baba Neredesin Kayboldum”, which will debut soon.
